Washington & Lee High School

Washington & Lee High School was my first professional teaching experience.  I had the pleasure of working in the rural town of Montross, VA from 2008-2010.  I encountered a strong lesson in flexibility when I learned that not only would I be teaching band and choir, but also guitar- of which I have no prior experience.  I thank Westmoreland County for igniting the flame that resulted in my learning various instruments and learning to be flexible in a professional atmosphere.
